The Somatic Reset Intensive is for women who are ready to shift at the root —
to move what’s been held in the body, complete emotional patterns, and recalibrate into a new state of being.

Take a breath before you begin.
Let your body answer before your mind organizes it.

Your honesty matters more than saying the “right” thing.

1.What is currently feeling stuck, heavy, or on repeat in your life? (Where do you feel like you keep looping — emotionally, relationally, or internally?)

2. When this pattern shows up, what does it feel like in your body? (Ex: tight chest, shutdown, overthinking, urgency, numbness, etc.)

If this pattern had a root -- where does this live in your body / energy / psyche? What is any important information for me to know about the source of this root or where it arose from (childhood / adolescent / adult experiences, trauma, abuse, pain, grief, shame, etc -- share anything that feels revenant). If you don't know, share anything that feels revenant. I have strict confidentiality with my clients, know that anything you share will be private between me and you. The more you share, the deeper we can dive into our work together.

3. What have you already tried to shift this? (Coaching, therapy, mindset work, sensuality, somatics, etc.)

4. If this pattern were fully resolved at the root… who would you be? (How would you think, feel, move, relate, show up?)

5. What are you ready to experience instead? (Be specific — sensation, emotions, identity, life shifts)

6. Why does this matter to you now? (What’s no longer tolerable about staying the same?)

7. On a scale of 1–10, how ready are you to shift this? (And why did you choose that number?)

8. Are you willing to feel and process emotions in your body — not just understand them mentally?

9. What tends to happen when you’re at your edge? (Do you avoid, overthink, shut down, zone out, push through, etc.)

10. Why are you specifically drawn to this work / to working with me?

11. Are you prepared to invest in this level of support and fully show up for this work if it feels aligned?

12. If this is a full-body yes, how soon are you looking to begin?

13. If your body or spirit could speak directly right now… what would she say she needs?

This work is intimate, precise, and deeply transformative —I only take on a limited number of women at a time. I personally review every application and will reach out with next steps — or my recommendation for your next level of support.
