Hi, I'm Ashly! ... and tbh?
I’ve been exactly where you are.
SHAKTI BODY is so close to my heart because I used to be there. I know firsthand what it's like to feel like to have a soul hunger for more.
I was completely numbed out and shut down, with zero self confidence: I had anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, hated my body and lived in constant self judgement. And at my core, beyond all that .. I just felt like something was missing.
 But no matter how much I “worked on myself,” the shame stayed. I felt disconnected from my body, stuck in negative thought loops, and exhausted from trying harder to feel sensual and feminine.
I didn't come to this work because it came natural to me, I came to embodiment because my body was a very uncomfortable place to be and I was tired of the replaying the same patterns that kept holding me back.
 Once I shifted into somatic and subconscious practices (nervous system regulation, somatic embodiment, sensual restoration) everything changed. My confidence came online. My body felt safe. My unique essence came alive. When all this shifted, my dreams started coming true because my body finally felt safe enough to hold the future I was calling in.
